Two Ways to Join Us:

1. Full-Time Agent

   • Minimum of $5M in sales in the previous year.

2. Referral Agent

   • Designed for agents who want to keep their license active without practicing full-time.
   • Focused on referring clients to initiate transactions and earning referral commissions.
   • Ideal for those new to real estate or seeking a flexible option to maintain their license.

A Referral Agent is a licensed real estate professional whose role is solely to refer clients to initiate real estate transactions. They do not actively market, negotiate, or participate in property sales.

While you're active in the state's records, you won't carry the memberships or insurances required to represent buyers and sellers. To help agents save money, we offer the opportunity to operate as referral agents without paying for association dues, MLS fees, E&O insurance, or desk fees.

This allows agents to keep their license active for a small fee, earn referral commissions, and continue growing their real estate business with minimal costs.

For agents aiming to work with us full-time, we set the bar high: at least $5M in sales in the previous year. But we also know that not every career is a straight line. That’s why we offer a simple way for agents to keep their license active and open doors for future opportunities—including earning referral commissions.

Referral agents are limited to referring leads and earning referral commissions. Listing properties or representing buyers is strictly prohibited and can lead to license termination, forfeiture of referral commissions, and possible legal action.
